What we collect
Your mobile number (to sign you in and confirm orders), your delivery addresses including the map pin, your orders, the try-ons you ask for, and — only if you choose to upload one — your photo. See Photo privacy.
How we protect it
Your phone number and any second number you give for the courier are stored encrypted. Photos are encrypted with a key that belongs to your account alone.
Who we share it with
Meta (WhatsApp) to send your login code and order messages; our SMS provider if you ask for an SMS code; Google to make try-on images; the courier who delivers your order. With your consent only, Meta, TikTok and Google receive advertising measurements.
Your choices
You can change your marketing messages in Profile & privacy, delete your photos at any time, and delete your account from the same page.
