This page explains what happens to a photo you upload to try clothes on. Consent version: 2026-09.
What we do with it
We send your photo, together with photos of the garment, to Google’s image model (Vertex AI) to make a picture of you wearing the garment. That picture is shown only to you, in your Fitting Room.
Who can see it
Only you. Your photo and the pictures made from it are encrypted with a key that belongs to your account alone. Our staff cannot open them in the admin.
How long we keep it
Your photo is deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete it earlier from My photos at any time. Deleting your account deletes your photos and every picture made from them immediately, including from our backups, because the key that unlocks them is destroyed.
What we never do
We never use your photo in ads, never share it, never use it to train any model, and never turn it into video.
Who can upload
You must be 18 or older, and the photo must be of you.
Your rights
Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
